'hinterland' catalogue gladys paulus £14.95 +p+p
Featuring the artworks in 'ritual touch' exhibition, Gladys Paulus's catalogue includes the Hinterland series in its entirety. Paulus describes the series as 'the result of a ritual of mourning and healing carried out over one year in response to the death of my father'. The book is a stunning full colour 60 page catalogue produced on the occasion of the Hinterland exhibition at Greenhill Arts, Moretonhampstead (20 March - 18 April 2020). The catalogue includes an essay by Paulus eloquently describing the deeply emotional and careful technical journeys of the artworks.

monica-shanta, 'par-al-lax' catalogue £19.12
par-al-lax is a group exhibition curated by monica-shanta in 2013 at mile end art pavilion. an exhibition by artists of mixed-heritage and mixed-ethnicity, addressing the truths and illusions of cultural identities. monica-shanta features alongside artists: syeda begum, natasha bhatia, jamie bradbury, edouard burgeat, sara dziadik, phillip hall-patch, kishan panchal, rafaela miranda rocha, doha zokaei, muna zuberi. the full colour 40 page booklet, 18×18cm includes monica-shanta's 'parallax' self-portrait triptych (2005/13), a work questioning self, internal choices and ways of seeing the world.
